Dennenbos met zonlicht tussen de stammen

TrailCrew Teams

A company outing your team will talk about for weeks.

Skip the drinks, the escape room and the padel court for once. We take you into the woods for an adventure everyone can join and that really makes an impression.

Build your team's trail run

Team building without the touchy-feely bit.

You don't have to be a runner. We run and walk at an easy pace, with plenty of breaks to catch up. It's the being outside together, helping each other up a steep climb and finishing as one that does more for a team than any brainstorm or forced exercise.

Which teams is it for?

  • Sales and project teams ready for something other than after-work drinks
  • Management teams that want to take the offsite literally off-site for once
  • HR and wellbeing teams that want to make health tangible for once
  • Any team of 5 to 30 people that wants to share an experience

What a day looks like.

We match the distance and pace to your group. This is the thread running through it.

  1. 01

    Welcome at the basecamp

You arrive, get a coffee and we calmly explain how the morning or afternoon will go.

  2. 02

    Briefing and warm-up

A short intro to trail running and a warm-up, so everyone knows what to expect.

  3. 03

    Onto the trail

Run and walk along forest paths, at your own pace, with stops along the way and time to talk.

  4. 04

    Finish and wind down

Back at the basecamp with something to eat and drink and the feeling of having done something great together.

We keep everyone together.

Our guides run with you, know the route and make sure nobody falls behind. We pick the distance and pace to suit your group. There is water and first aid along the way. The only thing you need to think about: who ends up with the muddiest shoes.

Frequently asked questions

Good to know.

Do you need to be an experienced runner?

No. We alternate running and walking, at a pace that suits the group. You never need to have trail run before. We make sure everyone can keep up and no one is left behind.

What if levels differ a lot within the group?

We adapt the programme to that. Trained runners get extra challenge, for example with climbs or pick-ups in pace, while those who need it get more breaks and support. That way everyone has a good day.

How many people is it suitable for?

We work best with groups of 5 to 30 people. Larger groups are possible too, in which case we arrange extra guidance. Let us know your group size in your request.

How long does it take?

Count on half a day: a welcome with coffee, a briefing and warm-up, the trail itself and winding down at the basecamp. We can make the programme shorter or longer to fit your day.

What is included?

The route, experienced guidance and the basecamp as start and finish point, with coffee, tea, water, sports drink, something to eat and first aid. On longer distances also support along the way. All you need to bring is sports clothes and shoes.

What if the weather is bad?

It generally always goes ahead, the woods are especially lovely in the rain. In truly extreme weather (storms, thunder) we agree on an alternative or a new date together. Our guides always decide based on safety.

What about safety and first aid?

Our guides know the route, run along and keep the group together. Every trail has water, refreshments and first aid on hand. We tailor distance and pace to the level of the group.

What does it cost?

We work with tailor-made proposals, because every group and every day is different. Build your trail run using the configurator and we will send a fitting, no-obligation proposal with a clear price.

Can I cancel or reschedule free of charge?

Up to 14 days in advance you can cancel or reschedule free of charge. If you cancel later, we charge part of the cost for the preparation (up to 7 days before 50%, after that the full amount). If we have to move the date because of extreme weather, we always reschedule free of charge.

Where do you operate?

We work across the eastern Netherlands and the German border region: from the Sallandse Heuvelrug and Twente to the Teutoburgerwald. We come to a starting point near you or pick the finest area together.

Can we combine it with a work session?

Certainly, just mention it in your request. We can for example start and finish at your meeting venue and plan the day around it together.

How do I make a request?

Through "Build your trail run" you pass on your wishes in a few steps. You are not committed to anything. We will get in touch within one working day with a proposal.

Ready to take your team into the woods?

Tell us about your team, the group size and what you're after. We'll put together a tailor-made proposal, built around your day.
